17.1 In the event that the Customer requests to return the Goods and the Goods are not defective, the Company shall be under no obligation to accept the return unless the reason for the return is an error on the Company’s part.   17.2  NB Skin Science will provide a refund to a customer in accordance with the South African National Consumer Protection Act, when there is proof of purchase, under the following circumstances:   If the goods are faulty  The goods are not as described by NB Skin Science  The goods are unable to be used for their intended purpose  The goods do not meet a reasonably expected level of quality  The product had expired at the time of purchase, or could not be used reasonably in the time remaining. 17.3 Customers are not legally entitled to a refund if: They change their mind or no longer want the goods       If they cause the fault i.e.  find the products not to suitable and convenience   They find the item cheaper elsewhere NB Skin Science will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. If by any circumstance NB Skin Science agrees to a refund whereby the customer has made the error postage to return the item will be paid for by customer.  Delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount if the Delivery policy is not met after the product/order return request. Refunds must be given in the form of original payment. Refunds and exchanges are given at the purchase price. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. Accepted return must then be received by NB Skin Science within 7 days of Return Request approval. 17.4 For the avoidance of doubt, unless defective, the returns of Goods as detailed in Conditions 17.2 and 17.3 must be unused, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging.      

 All Goods are individually assessed before being authorised for return.
