How to use it:

As a full-face mask

Cleanse skin with suitable NB Skin Science cleanser.
Exfoliate and rinse with lukewarm water. Pat dry skin.
Apply to full face and neck. Avoid the eye area. Ensure no water gets into the jar of mask.
Can be used one to two times a week. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes.
Rinse the mask with lukewarm water and apply NB Skin Science oil/serum/cream

Nourishing Mask as Hydrating treatment:

Cleanse skin with suitable NB Skin Science cleanser. Pat dry skin.
Apply NB Skin Science Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Serum, wait 5 minutes.
Then apply Nourishing mask on certain areas of concern or full-face avoiding eye area
Can sleep with a mask overnight.

Dehydrated or temporary flakiness

Step 1-5 x twice a week, consecutive nights as needed.

Dry Skin at Night

Cleanse with Foaming Cream Cleanser.
Apply Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Serum or Hyaluronic Serum.
Wait 5 mins apply Vitamin E and K Oil.
Wait 5 minutes apply Moisturiser
Alternate next 3 nights with step 6
Follow 1- 3, then apply Nourishing Mask

Very Dry Skin in a Dry Climate:

Cleanse with Foaming Cream Cleanser.
Apply Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Serum or Hyaluronic Serum.
Wait 5 mins apply Vitamin E and K Oil.
Wait 5 minutes apply Moisturiser
Apply Nourishing Mask
SPF 30 ( Morning )
